Friday & Saturday – October 7 to October 8, 2022
YOU MUST BE ENROLLED BY JULY 9 AND PARTICIPATED FULLY IN THE SUMMER CONDITIONING PROGRAM TO GET AN INVITE (Maybe waived during COVID years). Invites are determined by Summer Training (based on your training log on XCSTATS.com) and 1st two three-mile races of the season. ~40 athletes will be invited based on a number of factors. Only the Top 10 boys and girls will receive an auto Invite from Woodbridge Invite. Being Top 20 (per gender) will not guarantee an invite if you have missed a number of summer conditioning days. Additional runners may be invited based on their summer training log on XCSTATS.com and by coaches. The selection will not be solely based on your race times but more likely to be based on your participation and work ethic during the current season and past participations/performances for runners with similar marks.

2019 Recap: The charger boys and girls Cross Country team traveled up to Fresno to preview the State Meet course at Woodward Park over the weekend. The results were a bit of a mixed bag as the boys’ team chose to sit out 3 of their top 5 and the girls sat out their current number 1 runner, Grace Griffin. Along with 43 other state ranked teams (160+ overall) the varsity girls battled hard and finished 9th in the Championship race. Their perseverance led them to set the ET Team Time record for the Clovis Invite. The girls were led by Kasey Lynd, Jessica Martinez, Alexis Neuville, Paulette Dominguez, Darla Medina, Olivia Reichle and Madison Templeman.
The boys with only 5 runners on the line, still managed to finish 21st in the Championship race. This team was led by Jayke Pastis, Daniel Guzman, Anthony Kennen, Khaled Ajaj and Max Cox. In the merged score of all the teams, the girls finished 8th and boys 20th overall.
Newcomer, Shae Barrera, clocked a 20:05 and came in 10th place in the all division F/S girls race, setting a new ET frosh individual meet record.
