Master’s Meet at Cerritos College on Friday night!: §

to Nolan Grimm for setting a school record in the 300 meter hurdles running
38.24 breaking a 17 year old record by .22 of a second. §

TO THE ATHLETES WHO MADE IT ON TO THE SOUTHERN SECTION CIF FINALS! The Finals will be held at Mount San
Antonio College in Walnut on Saturday, May 17th. Please make an effort to come out and

RECORD IN GIRLS’ POLE VAULT – Congratulations to Vanessa
Chin for breaking the school record in the Pole Vault for the 3rd time this
season. Vanessa vaulted an impressive 11’0” on Wednesday in the
dual meet against §
ORANGE
COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS – Congratulations to the following boys
that were Orange County Champions in Saturday’s Track meet: Brad
Bolton, Frosh Soph, Shot Put, 51’11”; Toby Villalva, Varsity, 800
Meters, 1:54.91; Toby set a new school record in the 800 meters breaking his
former record set last week. §
TRACK
& FIELD SCHOOL RECORD – Congratulations to the following 4
girls for setting a new school record in the 4 x 1 Mile Relay last Friday in
the Arcadia Invitational. Gianna Velasquez, 5:14, Jessica Chadwick, 5:20,
Brooke Farrenkopt, 5:43, Emily Goldstein 5:10. Our girls finished 2nd in the
Open Race and broke the previous school record by 45 seconds! Way to go
girls! §
SCHOOL-RECORD
SET – Congratulations to Toby Villalva for setting a school record in the
Varsity 800 Meters running 1:55.56 in our dual track meet against Trabuco
Hills. Toby broke an 11 year old record. §
TRACK
SCHOOL RECORD – Congratulations to Vanessa Chin for setting a
school record in the Girls’ Pole Vault. Vanessa vaulted
10’7” in the dual meet against Northwood on March 20th. AOTW =
