This meet will feature schools from all over Orange County.

 

Awards Ceremony: At the stage ( All County Selections ) About 12:30 - 1:00 p.m.  Top 7 for each grade will be given a 1st team all county trophy

 

The Course: The course is the OC Championships course. A course map below.

 

Directions to the Meet:  Irvine Regional Park is located at the end of Jamboree Road, past Chapman.  See map.

 

Parking: Please note that there is an admission charge of $5.00 for cars. Buses are allowed to drop off athletes either in the park or at the front gate.  The park will close to parking as soon as the parking is full- It is expected that will happen at about 7:30am, so get there early.  Parking will be available at Santiago Community College with shuttles to Irvine Regional Park.  Allow 30-45 minutes if planning on using the shuttle to the park.  Parking is not allowed at the shopping center- cars parked there will be ticketed or towed.

 

We will have breakfast available.  Look for the El Toro Tables.  We will try to set up where we usually do-Right below the bike path and behind the stage area. The same place we were last year.

 

If you are part of the set up committee you will need to be there by 6:00 am!!!!  Yikes!!!

Bus Loads: 6:00am!

Bus Leaves: 6:10am

Buses Return to ETHS about 1:45 – 2:00pm

 

Important: An athlete may leave the Meet only with their parent, not with another athlete’s parent.

Otherwise, they must ride the bus back to school.

Athletes must report to the starting area at least 15 minutes before the start of their race, as the meet will be run on time. Note the race schedule. It will be followed.
